THE STORY OF KEVIN PATTERSON & OFLC STUDENT MINISTRY

On May 27, 2012, Kevin Patterson met his Savior and entered into his eternal home in Heaven. Kevin was an enthusiastic member of the Student Ministry program who enjoyed and benefited from retreats, service projects and the fellowship of the youth and leaders in the program. As a way to honor Kevin’s life and the time he spent blessing us as a member of the Our Father Student Ministries, the Kevin Patterson Memorial Fund was created.

PURPOSE OF THE KEVIN PATTERSON MEMORIAL FUND

The Kevin Patterson Memorial Fund was created in his name to help families who are unable to pay for youth events as a result of financial hardship. It is the intent of the Patterson family that these funds be used to provide financial assistance to students/families who are having financial hardships or for reasons out of their control would not be able to attend events such as mission trips, retreats, or pay for Confirmation retreats/activities. Final approval of funds will be at the discretion of the Student Ministries staff. To apply for funds, simply fill out the online form below. As a personal request, if you have benefited from these funds, please take the time to let the Patterson’s know your appreciation.

 
 

Supporting the Kevin Patterson Fund

Kevin Patterson’s legacy continues to grow with the support of generous donors to the Kevin Patterson Fund. Should God so provide and move you to assist, please consider a donation to OFLC with the funds designated to the SJO Fund. You can also share with others who are facing financial challenges and need assistance for the cost of youth programs, trips, and mission projects.
